Dutch-built, over-engineered, and barely used. Ginaf built the M-series on a heavier chassis than the mainstream brands, which is exactly why these trucks are still working in construction and heavy haulage two decades on.
Chassis — 8x4 flatbed with twin steering axles and twin driven rear axles. GVW 41,000 kg, kerb weight 14,460 kg, payload 26,540 kg. Both front axles 9,000 kg, both driven rear axles 11,500 kg.
Drivetrain — Six-cylinder, 315 hp, manual gearbox, Euro 3.
Dimensions — Length 883 cm, width 248 cm, wheelbase 640 cm.
Condition — 374,707 km over its whole life. For a 41-tonne 8x4 that is remarkably little work, and it explains the state of the driveline. Dutch registration BJ-TP-42, MOT valid through 11 June 2027.
Euro 3 places this truck outside the newer European low-emission zones, which is precisely why it represents such value for site work, quarry duty and export markets where emission class is not the deciding factor.
